Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after your payment has cleared. UK regulations allow the vendor thirty days to despatch goods. However, Fretted Friends Music will endeavour to despatch your order within 2-3 working days.

Customers will be advised by e-mail if there are any distribution or delivery problems with a particular order. They will then have the option of cancelling an order if they so wish.

Delivery times may vary according to local or national delivery practices and holidays.  As a rough guide, the following will generally apply after despatch of goods:

DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES:

Books will be shipped in separate stiff cardboard mailing envelopes with single and multiple orders.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

Any returns must be mailed back to us in as new condition and preferably within the same or comparable packaging in which they were originally sent. For example a book sent out in a stiff cardboard mailer must not be returned in a soft or flexible jiffy-style of mailing envelope. Damage in this case would inevitable and will void any replacement goods or refunds.
